If you are fixated on chasing fatigue, and this mindset is incredibly common, you will severely compromise your ability to improve your strength, power, athleticism, muscle hypertrophy, and overall health. Anybody can make you tired. Very few can make you stronger, more athletic, and healthier.
I should add, even when you are performing your conditioning/cardio, you want to make sure that your form is good. If you are not paying attention to your biomechanics, body positioning, and mind/muscle connection, activities like this can be very problematic as they are very repetitive in nature, and will either reinforce your bad or good habits. The overall health of your body depends on this!
