Fitness tip: No matter what your current fitness level is, your workouts do NOT have to be boring. Even if you are a beginner, you do not need to waste your time just doing easy and monotonous cardio, nor do you have to stick to isolation exercises. Pair some compound exercises and do strength based conditioning supersets or circuits. This will help you lose body fat, get muscle definition, and improve your overall fitness.
Here are 3 supersets that I did today. This gives me both strength and conditioning benefits.
Superset 1: 1) Legless rope climbs 2) Hip thrusts @300 lbs. I managed 300 x 20 in my first set but managed only 15 and 12 reps after. 1 minute rest between rounds. 5 rounds total.
Superset 2: 1) Single leg deadlifts @ 106 lbs (last set so form wasn't quite as good) 2) Weighted plank (45 lbs) with a single arm banded row. 3 rounds with 1 minute between rounds.
Superset 3: 1) Weighted renegade rows (extra 45 lbs on my back) and with 45 lb dumbbells. 2) Glute hamstring raises (not in video). 3 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.
It's safe to say that my workouts are never boring, and yours never have to be. This style of workout can be tailored to meet people of ALL fitness levels. You will lose body fat, achieve muscular definition, and get extremely strong (not bulky) and fit.
