My program, which I have been working on for many months, is divided into four phases, plus a fifth bonus phase. As the pull-up is essentially a full-body exercise that demands a high degree of technical proficiency, I will progressively and systematically help you strengthen your entire body, and develop the requisite levels of technique and controlled mobility, so you will be able to dominate your pull-ups.
My pull-up program will help you solve many problems that are preventing you from excelling at, or being able to perform pull-ups in the first place. Whether it is being able to do your first pull-up ever, increasing your overall number of reps, or being able to perform more challenging and cool variations, my program covers it all!

I am so passionate about pull-ups, and bodyweight training in general, and have combined my passion with my knowledge, to create this program. My program is absolutely how I developed my own ability to perform pull-ups and many of the crazier calisthenics exercises I do, and I apply the same principles when I am coaching people of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and abilities.
