Can you relate? Have you been talking about getting fit and/or eating better for days, weeks, months, or even years, but have yet to take action? As a result, are you stuck in an abyss of lethargy, low confidence, and lack of fulfillment?
The difference between having a healthy lifestyle and an unhealthy one requires taking that jump. Small steps will lead to HUGE improvements and will benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, intellectually, professionally, spiritually, and even sexually.
It is very important to note, I will very rarely talk about fat loss first and never fixate on it, because if you focus on getting fitter and making healthy eating a constant and sustainable part of your life, the fat loss WILL occur, and your body will look AND feel incredible.
Living a healthy lifestyle and being satisfied with your body and fitness level do not have to be a struggle. If you are going about it the right way you should feel empowered, energized, and able to enjoy living life to the fullest. You do not need to partake in ANY fad or extreme diets, or unrealistic workout regimens. Furthermore, you do not need to spend hours a day working out, depriving yourself of your favorite foods, and being miserable.
Respect yourself enough to make the changes that will benefit your life, and it will also indirectly benefit everyone around you. Stop focusing on why it can't happen, and make it your new reality. One, two, three, jump! You ARE worth it!
