This exercise requires a lot of upper body and core strength, and is quite technical. While Evelyn can do 10 unassisted chin-ups, her biggest obstacle was getting her chest over the bar vs just getting her chin to the bar, and also the timing/coordination of the different components.
I absolutely LOVE that my clients want to get stronger, healthier, add muscle, and try cool exercises. Exercise should be empowering and enjoyable, and should build you up, both physically and mentally. I can't wait to see how Evelyn progresses with this exercise.
