I have never done this before, but here is a pretty cool and extensive compilation of some of what I did in the gym this year. This video includes exercises with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, bodyweight, and more.
Once I made my comeback from the 5+ years of severe body dysfunction and chronic discomfort (and quite often pain), my purpose has been to make myself as well rounded as possible. I want to be strong, athletic, highly conditioned, more muscular, and most important of all, healthy, and it is my mission to help all of my clients feel the same way.
